You can request account closure at any time through your settings. Your balance remains in your account for thirty days; after that, we may transfer unclaimed funds to a dormant account reserve. If you wish to withdraw before closing, complete the withdrawal first. Closure is immediate and irreversible, so confirm your balance and pending bets before proceeding.

Deposit references depend on your payment method—DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS each have provider-set daily caps. Withdrawals from your account balance have no daily limit, but processing times vary by payment rail. Withdrawals via DANA or OVO typically complete within two hours; QRIS and bank transfer may take two to four hours depending on your bank.

Account verification confirms your identity and payment address match our records and local regulations. You'll need to provide your ID number, upload a photo of your ID, and confirm your registered email. Verification usually completes within one hour during business hours. Until verified, withdrawals are blocked but deposits and play remain available.

Disputes must be filed within thirty days of the transaction. We investigate immediately and coordinate with your payment provider. Most disputes are resolved within ten business days. If we find the charge was correct, we'll explain why; if the charge was an error, we issue a refund to your original payment method within two business days of resolution.

Email can be updated in your account settings without verification. Username cannot be changed once set. To change your payment method, add a new payment rail in the wallet section and set it as default for future deposits. Existing balances from old payment methods remain accessible from any registered method.

Inactive accounts (no login for twelve months) are flagged for review but not automatically closed. Your balance is secure and remains yours.
